CHANGE IS GOOD

A few weeks ago I decided that I need to start updating this house. The bathroom was my first victim. It desperately needed some work from the baseboards to the wall paper to the light switches. I was going to do it all myself but as it turns out I needed a little help (thank you Ken). My lifelong dream is to be an interior decorator, not because I have tons of experience, because I don't, but because I love to feel spaces. You know there are just some places that just make you feel good....and thats because of the way its decorated. I needed to create a space comfortable for boys...since thats all that we have in this house. So after I decided that I needed to start with the bathroom, I went and found a shower curtain that I loved. That led me to find the paint for the walls and that led me to want to change the covers to the light switches and I am still looking for a great clock to hang above the laundry chute and another fun picture to hang by the small sink. We redid the baseboards and changed the towel rings and added a standup TP holder. I only went a little over my 100.00 budget. So here are my before and afters and perhaps when it is really done I can post my final 'after'.
